How tenants pay rent online

If you rent through LeaseRooster, paying rent works like this:

1. In your portal, open Settings, then Payments and add a card or link your bank account.
2. When rent is due, the Pay rent card on your Home page shows the amount and due date. One tap pays it.
3. Prefer not to think about it? Turn on Autopay from the Payments page and rent pays itself on the due date.

Your payment goes straight to your property manager. Bank transfers clear in 1 to 3 business days; card payments are instant.

Receipts and your full payment history live on the Payments page.
