Plans, per-unit pricing, and your subscription

Your LeaseRooster subscription is what you pay us to run the software. It’s separate from rent, which flows from your tenants straight to your bank.

Manage it under Settings, then Billing. There you can see your current plan, what it includes, and your next charge, and upgrade or change plans.

How pricing works:

• Plans are priced per unit, so a landlord with three units pays far less than one with fifty. You pay for the size of your portfolio, not a flat enterprise rate.
• Higher tiers unlock more of the product. If a feature is gated, the app tells you which plan includes it.
• Collecting rent online is not what you’re billed for here. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; your subscription is a separate line.

If a card fails, we email you and retry before anything is interrupted, so a single expired card won’t lock you out.
