Activate your tenant portal

Your portal is where you pay rent, ask for repairs, and find your lease, all in one place. Access comes by invitation from your landlord or property manager.

1. Look for an invitation email from LeaseRooster. Check spam if it isn’t in your inbox within a few minutes.
2. Click the link and set a password. That’s your account.
3. Sign in any time at your portal link. Bookmark it so it’s easy to get back to.

Never got an invite? Your landlord is the one who sends it, so ask them to send or resend it. Once you’re in, your home, lease, and rent are all waiting for you.
