Invite your tenants to the portal

The tenant portal is where your renters pay rent, submit repair requests with photos, message you, and download their documents.
When a lease becomes active, LeaseRooster automatically emails an invite to every tenant on the roster who has an email address. Each invite link lets the tenant set a password and sign in.
To check on invites or resend one, open the lease and look at the Renters section. Each tenant shows their portal status, and a Resend button covers the classic “it went to spam” case.
A tenant who never got an invite should ask you to send one. Their email address on the lease roster is what the invite goes to.
