Set up payouts so rent reaches your bank

Online rent collection needs one piece of setup: connecting your bank account.

1. Open Financials, then Payouts.
2. Click Connect bank account. Stripe (our payment processor) walks you through identity verification and your deposit account.
3. Once verified, tenant payments flow straight from the tenant to your bank account.

LeaseRooster never holds your money at any point. Payments go through Stripe directly to you.

One thing to check: this page is about receiving rent. Your LeaseRooster subscription lives separately, under Settings, then Billing.
