Create or upload your first lease

There are two paths, and both end with an active lease on a unit.

Build one. Open Leases and start a new lease. The wizard walks the term, rent, deposit, renters, and clauses step by step, and can generate a signable document at the end. Your progress saves as you go.

Upload the one you have. Already signed somewhere else? Create the lease with its real dates and rent, then upload the signed PDF to its Documents section. You get the same ledger, reminders, and portal access without redoing paperwork.

Either way, once the lease is active LeaseRooster starts the monthly rent invoices on the 1st and invites your tenants to the portal.
