Rental law is set state by state, so a lease that’s right in one state can be wrong in another. LeaseRooster tailors the lease to where the unit is.

For California, that means the wizard includes the state-specific clauses and disclosures a California lease is expected to carry, and it bundles the required attachments into the generated packet rather than leaving you to remember them.
