Generate a lease and send it for e-signature

The lease wizard builds a lease that fits the unit, the term, and the state it’s in, then collects signatures online.

1. Start a new lease and work through the wizard: term, rent, deposit, renters, and the clauses that apply.
2. Review the generated document. You can see exactly what your tenants will sign.
3. Send it for signature. Each signer gets a link, signs in order, and everyone receives the finished copy.

Electronic signatures on a lease are legally binding under the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA laws, the same rules that make online signing valid across the country. The signed lease is stored in the lease’s Documents, so you always have the final version.
