Submitted applications land in your Applications inbox. Open one to see everything the applicant and any co-applicants entered, plus any documents or ID they uploaded.

When you’re ready, record your decision on the application. An application you approve can convert straight into a lease, so you don’t re-enter the names, term, or rent.

A word on fairness: LeaseRooster does not tell you who to accept or turn down, and it never will. Those choices are yours, and they carry fair-housing rules.
