Build your rental application

Your application template is the set of questions every applicant answers. Set it up once under Settings, then Applications.

You control which sections are on: contact and household, residence history, employment and income, and so on. Turn off what you don’t need; a shorter form gets finished more often.

A few notes:

• Applicants can start on one device and finish on another. A magic link lets them pick back up without a password.
• Co-applicants (a partner, a roommate, a guarantor) each get their own part to fill in.
• You can collect an application fee if you charge one. That’s separate from any screening report cost.

Keep the questions job-related and consistent for everyone. Asking the same things of every applicant is both fairer and safer.
