Set up autopay for rent

Autopay pays your rent for you on schedule, so a busy month never turns into a late fee.

1. Open Payments in your portal and add a payment method. You can use a bank account (lower cost) or a card.
2. Turn on Autopay. From then on, your rent is paid automatically when it’s due.

Good to know:

• Your money goes straight to your property manager. LeaseRooster never holds it.
• You’ll still see each payment in your portal, so you always have a record.
• You can turn autopay off any time from the same screen.
