The document vault holds the paperwork of your rental business: signed leases, notices, insurance certificates, receipts, inspection records.
Upload from the Documents page, or directly on a property, unit, or lease so the file is attached where it belongs. Documents attached to a lease can be visible to that lease’s tenants in their portal, which is how you share a signed lease or an official notice.
Tag documents and set their date, and tax-time filtering by year does the rest.
