What Alfredo can and can't do

Updated September 24, 2026 · 2 mins read

Alfredo is the AI assistant built into your operator app. Think of it as a capable helper that already knows your account: it can pull up what’s going on, draft the routine paperwork, and walk you through a decision. You stay in charge of every change.

What Alfredo can do

Alfredo works with the same data and tools you already use, so it can:

  • Look things up. Ask what needs attention across your portfolio, find a lease or a tenant, check rent or deposit status, or pull up a work order.
  • Draft the routine work. Start a lease, create or publish a listing, open a work order, or schedule an inspection or a showing.
  • Walk you through a task. Review the applications waiting on a decision, or talk through your options before you act.

It only ever sees your own company’s data, scoped to what your role can access. It cannot see another landlord’s account.

What Alfredo won’t do

  • It doesn’t give legal advice. For anything that turns on the law, talk to a qualified attorney.
  • It doesn’t decide for you. Alfredo prepares the work and explains it. You make the call.
  • It doesn’t act behind your back. Nothing that changes your records, sends a message, or moves money happens without your say-so.
  • It doesn’t handle money on its own. Rent and deposits move the way they always have, straight to your bank.

How confirmations work

Reading is free: Alfredo can look things up and summarize without asking. Anything that makes a change is different. Before it creates a lease, publishes a listing, sends a message, or updates a record, Alfredo shows you exactly what it’s about to do and waits for you to confirm. If the preview isn’t right, edit it or cancel. Nothing is saved until you approve it.

What gets recorded

Every action Alfredo takes on your account is written to your activity log: what ran, and when. It’s the same audit trail behind the rest of your account, and it’s there so you always have a clear record of what happened.

Turning Alfredo off

Alfredo is set per account. If you’d rather not use it, email [email protected] and we’ll turn it off for your company. Your data and records are untouched either way.
